Written for production teams in the <a href=\"https:\/\/roboticpolishingtech.com\/ja\/automotive-ev\/\">automotive and EV manufacturing sector<\/a>, this article analyzes the automated flush grinding technology for long weld seams on massive aluminum alloy battery trays. We explore the fatal defects of manual grinding that lead to leakages and scrap, and demonstrate how robotic active force control and laser seam tracking systems collaborate perfectly to achieve absolute flushness over meters of weld seams, completely eliminating safety hazards and production bottlenecks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2
