• Safety and Enviroment: It’s installed the water curtain dust removal system and the hydrogen concentration detector. There are whole cast iron base and independent room for protection.
• Machine Automation to reduce labor cost and improve the working efficiency: It’s installed the fanuc robot , 3D visual localization or 2D visual blemish detection. Workers put the grinding parts on material conveyor belt and then robot catches workpiece disorderly.
• According to customer’s product technology,it installed the rotary belt sander and vibratory grinding machine for grinding the burrs of aluminum die-casting workpieces. The product is finely polished with high precision and the polishing quality is stable.
• It could grind and polish the products made of aluminum, zinc,copper, iron, stainless steel, service for automobile parts industry, bicycle frame, smart door locks and lamps of household.
